How to use 

EFT Tapping

EFT or 'Tapping' is an extraordinary self help and 'Personal Development' tool which helps you to take control of your thoughts, your reactions and thus, your life.

In essence, it tells your mind to calm down and takes you out of 'Fight or Flight' so you can use your reasoning and calm part of your mind to behave and think in positive and productive ways...this 1 technique alone, used when needed, will accelerate you towards living an easy and fulfilled life.

Where to tap

1- Karate Chop point on side of hand

2- Eyebrow point

3- Side of Eye

4- Under Eye

5- Under Nose

6 - Chin hollow

7- Collarbone hollows

8- Under Arm (Bra Strap)

9 - Top of Head

Instructions on how to use EFT Tapping

Before you start, give the issue, feeling or pain a rating from 0 to 10.

0 = nothing, 10 = worst thing ever

Then when you feel you are finished for today, rate it again and rejoice that it has gone down.
